Class 2 District 2 Boys Wrestling

Mexico High School hosted the Missouri State High School District 2 Class 2 Wrestling Championships on Friday and Saturday, February 21-22. Sixteen area teams competed in the two-day competition and will find out Sunday how they will be seeded in the state tournament this week in Columbia. Father Tolten Regional Catholic High School won the Boys team district competition with 206 points. Mexico High School earned second place with 165 team points and Kirksville High School received 159 points to take third place. Moberly High School finished just 5 points less, scoring 155 points in fourth place. All teams were highlighted by several individual champions as follows:
