Medical Emergency Causes Crash and Tie-Up on I-70
On Wednesday, Benjamin Hall, 53, of Libby, Montana, crashed into a rock bluff after a medical emergency caused him to veer off I-70 near the Missouri Bridge.
He and his minor passenger were taken by ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia.
He was wearing a seat belt, however, the child was not secured.
