It is win or go home for the St. Louis Blues tonight when they face the Colorado Avalanche in Game 5 of their second round playoff series in Colorado.

The Blues have come back from a 3-1 deficit to win a series twice in franchise history in 1999 vs Phoenix and 1991 against Detroit.

The Missouri Tigers baseball team will be looking for a new pitching coach after it was announced yesterday (Tuesday) on Twitter that Mitch Plassmeyer will be joining the Baltimore Orioles organization as a minor league pitching coordinator.

Mizzou’s season just came to an end, with the Tigers failing to qualify for the SEC Tournament.

The St. Louis Cardinals lost 8-1 to the Toronto Blue Jays at Busch last night (Tuesday). Redbirds starting pitcher Jordan Hicks had a rough outing walking five batters.

The loss snapped the Cardinals four-game winning streak.

The Kansas City Royals lost 8-6 to the Arizona Diamondbacks.

MJ Melendez had a great night for Kansas City at the plate going 2-for-4 with three RBI’s and two runs scored.
