Mexico Public Safety Makes Burglary Arrest
Mexico Public Safety is reporting the arrest of 55 year old Randy L. Jennings following a burglary that took place on Friday night.
Mexico Public Safety officers responded to the 1600 block of North Washington Street and an investigation revealed someone broke into 2 homes in that block and took numerous items.
Information from area residents led to the identification of Randy L. Jennings as the suspect.
Yesterday afternoon (Monday) around 12:15, officers found Jennings in a home in the 500 block of West Central.
According to Public Safety Jennings ran from the home, however was quickly located, hiding in a neighboring home.
He was arrested and taken to the Audrain County Jail for 2nd Degree Burglary, stealing and resisting arrest.
