McCloskeys Seek to Have Prosecutor Dismissed

Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the St. Louis couple charged with waving guns at protestors on June 28th want Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner removed from the case.

The court appearance was scheduled for this afternoon (Wednesday) afternoon in St. Louis district court.

The McCloskeys claim that Gardner’s prosecution is politically motivated by Democrat Kim Gardner.

Gardner’s office denies that allegation.

A ruling on the motion is not expected today (Wednesday).
