More Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 in Mid-Missouri

More confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Mid-Missouri last (Thursday) night.

The Cole County Health Department reports 12 confirmed cases, which is 3 additional cases from yesterday afternoon.

According to their website 2 patients have recovered.

Another William Woods student is testing positive.

According to a news release there are now 11 confirmed students from William Woods University that have tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the City of Columbia there are 37 confirmed positive cases of the Coronavirus in Boone County.

In Moniteau County a 2nd confirmed case of COVID-19 is being reported.

The individual is an adult, in their 20’s with travel history.

In total there are 502 confirmed cases in the state and 8 deaths according to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
