Audrain County Settles Lawsuit Where Inmate Died After An Attack

A lawsuit is now settled in Audrain County where an inmate died after an attack.

According to reports Audrain County denied any negligence in the agreement that was approved last month with the mother of Michael Eisenhauer.

He died in June while jailed on charges of first-degree domestic assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.

The inmate attacked Eisenhauer for about 17 and 1/2 minutes the lawsuit was settled for a reported 5 million dollars.
