Moberly Corrections Officer Accused Of Bringing Drugs Into Prison
A corrections officer at the Moberly Correctional Center is being charged with bringing synthetic marijuana and tobacco into a prison.
23 year old Timothy Davis was charged on Saturday with delivery of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
An investigation found 174 grams of synthetic marijuana, along with several unopened bags of tobacco were brought into the prison.
According to corrections officials 4 offenders have been placed in segregated housing while the investigation continues.
