Man Shot By Fulton Police Officer Dies

The man from an officer involved shooting in Fulton has died.

According to, Fulton Police Chief Steve Myers, 27 year old Cody McCaulou died at a Columbia Hospital yesterday (Wednesday).

A Fulton police officer shot McCaulou behind the Mcintire Elementary School on Monday.

Authorities have not yet said what precipitated the shooting, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the case.
