Armed Robbery At Columbia Steak ‘n Shake

An armed robbery at a Steak ‘n Shake in Columbia last (Sunday) night is under investigation.

According to police 2 people entered the store, sat down and ate a meal.

After finishing the meal, a man displayed a handgun at the register while demanding money, and then both of suspects left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The vehicle was described as a dark Jeep SUV.

One suspect is described as a white man, in his 30’s, about 300 pounds, approximately 5’6 with black hair and a goatee, wearing a black jacket and grey shirt.

The other person a white woman, in her 30’s, about 5’8, with dark red hair and black eyeglasses, wearing red leggings, black boots and a dark brown jacket.
