Settlement Approved In Wrongful Death Lawsuit Of Howard County Boy

A settlement is now approved in a wrongful death lawsuit of a Howard County boy who took his life due to bullying at school and work.

Boone County Judge Jeff Harris ruled Monday the settlement between the mother of Kenneth Suttner and the Glasgow School District was “fair and reasonable.”

Kenneth Suttner took his own life in December of 2016.

Suttner’s boss at Dairy Queen, Harley Branham, was convicted of misdemeanor assault and sentenced to 30 days in jail followed by 2 years of probation.
