Suspicious Fire At Columbia Planned Parenthood

A suspicious fire at the Columbia Planned Parenthood early yesterday (Sunday) morning is under investigation.

It happened around 4:06 yesterday (Sunday) morning at the building on 711 North Providence Road.

Fire crews report upon arrival they observed a light haze in the building and then upgraded the call to a commercial structure fire.

It started inside the building and the sprinkler system extinguished it.

An investigation determined the fire was suspicious and the Columbia Police has been notified.
