A three year old has died after being found in the Lake of the Ozarks after wandering away from home.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Jared Jones was found in the water at the .5 mile marker of Pearson Branch around 4:46 on Saturday.
He was flown to University Hospital and was pronounced dead this afternoon [Monday] at Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
