Madison Man Serious Injuries After Being Ejected In Monroe County Car Accident

A Madison man has serious injuries after being ejected from his car in an accident in Monroe County yesterday (Sunday) afternoon.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened on Route J east of Route 00, when 60 year old Phillip E. Hammons hit the ground and was ejected.

He was taken to the Moberly Regional Hospital then forwarded to University Hospital in Columbia.
