Body of Missing Boy Found At Lake of the Ozarks
The body of the 13 year old boy who disappeared after jumping into the Lake of the Ozarks yesterday (Wednesday) has been found.
The body of Eric Dietrich was recovered by Osage Beach Fire and Mid County Fire just before 8.
The medical examiner pronounced Dietrich dead at the scene he was from Geneseo,Illinois.
The search team were on the scene for at least five hours at mile marker 21 in the Salt Hollow Cove.
According to the highway patrol the boy was on an anchored boat and jumped into the water to swim, however never resurfaced.
Deitrich was believed to have had an existing medical condition.
