The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney in Callaway County has formally charged an Auxvasse man with first degree burglary and second degree property damage.

40 year old Robert Lowe was identified as a suspect when a resident reported a man entered his home and stole items on April 25.

Lowe remains in the Callaway County Jail.
