A Fulton man is facing charges of unlawful use of a weapon and Fourth Degree Assault after an arrest where held a woman captive west of Millersburg.

According to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Department 26 year old Rollie Davis Jr was allegedly armed with a rifle on the 1200 block of County Road 350 on Sunday afternoon and held a woman against her will at a house.

The female was able to get away without any injuries.

Davis was booked into the Callway County Jail, a five thousand dollar bond has been set.
