The First ever Tyronn Lue Tournament of Champions kicked off at the Mexico High School last (Thursday) night.
In the opening game it was Glendale boys over Fort Zumwalt 97-81.
The second game was an overtime thriller with the host team Mexico Bulldogs boys defeating Riverview Gardens 78-76.
In the Clopton Invitational tournament Monroe City boys punched their ticket to the championship game after beating Wright City 76-57.
They will face Wellsville who beat Louisiana 45-36.
Monroe City and Wellsville play for the championship tomorrow (Saturday) night at 7.
Several other scores on the girls side it was South Callaway besting Russellville 89-50, Hallsville taking out Versailles 56-38.
New Bloomfield girls defeating Eugene 64-39.
Boonville girls clobber Fulton 89-31. And the North Callaway Girls over Montgomery County 70-58.
