Missouri Highway Patrol Identifies Two Men Killed in Randolph County Crash
The Missouri Highway Patrol has released the names of the two people killed in a crash involving two semis on US 24, one mile east of Moberly in Randolph County on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
According to the crash report it happened just before midnight when a tractor-trailer driven by 31-year-old Kaysamaula Blanks from Rancho Cordova, California was on Highway 24 blocking the road while attempting to turn around.
Blanks was outside the vehicle when a semi truck driven by 31-year-old Michael D. Fenner of Jackson, Mississippi struck the towed unit of the Blanks semi and Blanks.
Both Blanks and Fenner were pronounced dead.
According to a Facebook post from the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office that highway could be closed until noon.
