Callaway County Man Accused of Murdering His Wife Enters Plea
A Callaway County man accused of killing his wife in 2002 pleaded not guilty in court on Monday, November 6, 2023.
64-year-old Harold Dickens of Williamsburg, was charged with first-degree murder.
He is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond.
Dickens appeared in court on video from the jail.
A hearing was scheduled for Monday, November 13. Dickens was indicted by a Callaway County jury last week.
The indictment alleges he killed his wife Debra Dickens by stabbing her on or around April 28, 2002.
According to court records Debra Dickens had filed for divorce in March 2002.
