Mizzou baseball run-ruled Ole Miss 13-3 in seven innings last night (Friday) to take the series in game two.

It’s the second SEC series win for the Tigers this season.

Mizzou looks to complete the sweep against Ole Miss today (Saturday).

Mizzou softball was shut-out 9-0 by 12th ranked Arkansas in Columbia last night (Friday).

The St. Louis Cardinals lost 5-4 to the Los Angeles Angels last night (Friday) at Busch Stadium.

It was the seventh consecutive loss for the Redbirds and the 11th straight series opening loss.

The seventh inning was the undoing for the Cardinals in last night’s defeat.

Reliever Jordan Hicks gave up three runs in the inning.

The Kansas City Royals lost 12-8 in their series opener to the Oakland A’s at the K. Royals pitchers allowed 17 hits and walked 7.
