Mexico Man Accused of Child Sex Crimes
A Mexico man was charged with several child sex crimes on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
30-year-old Christopher Lee Boyd was charged with three counts of first-degree statutory rape and three counts of statutory sodomy.
A warrant of his arrest has been issued.
A court date has not been set.
According to reporting from ABC 17 News, Boyd may have fled to the Philippines.
According to court documents police were first contacted about the assaults on August 19th by the Army Investigation Division in Oklahoma.
The probable cause statement reads, Boyed had repeatedly sexually assaulted the child victim in multiple towns in Audrain County since 2021.
Boyd reportedly may have also sexually assaulted the youth in other states.
