Mexico Man Arrested After Area Business Was Burglarized
A Mexico man is facing burglary charges after an arrest during the morning hours of Monday, December 2nd.
Mexico Public Safety Department responded to the 300 block of Muldrow just after 10:30 on Monday morning in reference to a business which had been broken into during the previous overnight hours.
According to the news release, video and information from alert citizens led to officers locating the suspect in the 700 block of West Monroe around 5:45 Monday night.
Mexico Public Safety arrested 26-year-old Dakota L. Fratzke.
He was taken to the Audrain County Jail on a 24 hour hold for 2nd degree burglary, stealing over $750, and 2nd degree property damage.
Mexico Public Safety says they are investigating Fratzke’s involvement in some other burglaries and thefts.
