Columbia Man Arrested for Exposing Himself in Columbia Library
A Columbia man is in Boone County Jail on two felony charges of exposing himself to several mothers and their children at the Columbia Public Library Thursday morning.
Court documents state the Mark Jones, 31, was in the children’s section of the library and made lengthy and uncomfortable eye contact with a mother which drew her attention.
Police were called around 8:30 and Jones was arrested on several charges of sexual misconduct involving a minor.
