Fayette Man Dies in Crash North of Columbia on Friday
On the evening of 9/16, 23-year-old Alexander Mears of Fayette missed a curve on North Wagon Trail Road near Columbia and rolled several times.
Boone County emergency personnel were unable to revive Mears and he was pronounced deceased at the scene. The passenger, an adult female, was transported to a local hospital.
