Two Men Face Possible Drug Charges in Boone County

According to ABC17 News two men face possible drug charges in Boone County after Troopers pulled the men over Thursday afternoon for following another vehicle too closely.

Brian P. Sessions, 56, of Bradenton, Florida, and Daryl L. Lindsley, 58, of Marietta, Georgia, were both arrested by troopers for delivery of a controlled substance. Sessions could also face a possible charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

At last check, the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office hasn’t filed charges against the men.

Troopers said a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office dog alerted them to possible drugs in the men’s SUV. Investigators found around 67 pounds of marijuana in the vehicle, according to the arrest reports.

Boone County Jail records show both men have bonded out of the facility.
