Audrain County Health Department Now Offering COVID-19 Self-Reporting and At-Home Test Kits
The Audrain County Health Department is announcing the launch of a new self-reporting page on their website and a home COVID-19 test kit giveaway event.
In a press release today, the department says they are launching the self-reporting page in response to the increase of sales of at-home test kits through retailers.
Once the page is accessed, users will be asked a series of questions regarding their vaccination status as well as their name, address, age, race, and ethnicity.
Additionally, they are hosting a drive-thru at-home test kit giveaway Thursday, February 17th at Presser Arts Center, 900 S. Jefferson in Mexico.
Those residents wanting a kit need to reserve a time to pick them up and provide their name as well as the name of anyone else they are picking up a kit for.
Registration for the giveaway and access to the self-reporting page can be done at http://www.myachd.org
Registration for the giveaway can also be done by calling the Health Department at 573-581-1332
