New Kentucky Fried Chicken Set to Open Soon in Mexico
A new Kentucky Fried Chicken is getting ready to open in Mexico, MO after an over 13 year absence.
The new KFC will still be at the same location as the previous one at 302 West Jackson, however will be under new ownership.
AMPEX Brands/KFC is eyeing May, 2022 as a launch date.

The store already has a manager hired to run it and will interview and hire crew members around a month ahead of its opening date to allow for several weeks of training.

The restaurant will be dine in and drive thru available.
The first fifty customers will receive a free meal every week for a year.
The former KFC in Mexico was closed November 11th, 2008.
The store will hire up to 50 employees.
