One Million Dollars in CARES Act Funding Available in Audrain County in Phase Two Application Process

One million dollars of CARES act funding is now being made available in Audrain County.

The Audrain County Commission made the announcement today (Wednesday).

The money is available for COVID-19 impacted businesses and non-profit entities to assist with rent and utilities for the months of March, April, May and June.

Eligible applicants can be reimbursed for rent, mortgage interest, and utilities paid between March 1st and June 30th.

Utilities will include communications utilities as well.

Paid receipts and a one-page application will be required.

Applications will be available at city hall in Mexico and Vandalia and are available at http://www.audraincounty.org.

Applications will be accepted until August 30th or until funds are exhausted.
