Missouri’s Only Remaining Abortion Clinic Can Remain Open

Missouri’s only abortion clinic will remain open.

In the ruling yesterday by the Missouri Administrative Hearing Commissioner states that Planned Parenthood is entitled to renewal of the abortion facility license and that the state only identified two causes to deny the license and that Planned Parenthood had substantially complied with state law.

The Attorney General’s Office is reviewing the ruling and could ask a court to overturn the decision.
