Search On For Missing And Endangered Marion County Man

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is asking for help locating a missing & endangered man from Marion County.

22-year old Harrison Charles Vessell, a white male 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 213 pounds left a residence on West Ely in Hannibal on foot last night just before midnight.

Vessell had a 9mm handgun with him when he left and had left a note with suicidal statements.

He has brown hair, hazel eyes, and was last seen wearing a grey coat, blue jeans, and black shoes.

Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
