Pedestrian Hit By Car In Columbia

University Of Missouri police are continuing to investigate after a person was hit by a car over the weekend.

It happened around 12:30 Sunday morning, when a car was driving east on University Avenue and hit a person walking south on Matthews Street.

The pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital, their condition is unknown and their identity has not been released.
