Mexico Will Have At Least One Medical Marijuana Dispensary
The cities of Mexico, Columbia and Moberly will have at least one medical marijuana dispensary. The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services began sending notices yesterday morning to the 1,163 companies that applied for the 192 licenses available.
According to the Mexico Ledger, GRD Columbia was awarded a license and CEO Jay Patel told them the company’s applications in Mexico and Troy were also approved.
It is currently unknown where the dispensary in Mexico will be located.
The full list is expected to be published sometime today on the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services website.
The number of people approved as medical marijuana patients is 29,457.
