Trial Date Set For Joseph Elledge

A trial date for Joseph Elledge, accused in the disappearance of his wife is scheduled for February 25th.

Elledge has pleaded not guilty to charges of child abuse or neglect and endangering the welfare of a child.

He is also the prime suspect in his wife’s, Mengqi Ji Elledge’s disappearance on October 8th.

Authorities have continued to search for the missing Columbia women’s body in the Lamine River in Cooper County over the past several weeks.
