Columbia Murder Suspect Arrested In Arizona

The Boone County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the arrest of a man wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of 38 year old John R. Albers on January 13 in the 200 block of Sarazen DRive in Columbia.

Investigators identified 60 year old Garland Wisley as a suspect and a warrant was issued on January 15.

Wisley was arrested on Saturday in San Luis, Arizona as he was attempting to re-enter the United States from Mexico.
