Columbia Man Arrested For Fatal Crash

An arrest is now made of a Columbia man wanted for Second Degree Murder Charges and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

Columbia Police arrested 20 year old Lukas E. Evans yesterday (Sunday).

Evans is accused of being involved in a head on collision on Saturday, February 16th in Columbia on West Boulevard that killed 37 year old Jordan E. Hoyt.

In addition to the Second Degree Murder Charges and Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Evans is also charged with property damage exceeding one thousand dollars.
