Centralia Man Arrested For Child Sex Crimes

A Centralia man is in the Boone County Jail on a fifty thousand dollar bond following an arrest later.

Prosecutors filed charges of statutory rape and statutory sodomy against 40 year old James Henry nearly a month ago for an incident in May of 2018.

According to court records Henry forced the victim to perform a sex act on him and then raped her.

At the time Henry was reportedly in a relationship with the victim’s mother.

The probable cause statement said DNA evidence evidence linked Henry to the crimes.
