Department Of Conservation Releases Deer Harvest Numbers
The deer season in Missouri officially came to an end on January 15, and the Missouri Department of Conservation has released their final harvest numbers.
Statewide, the number of deer taken is up from 2017 with a total of 290,341.
In mid-Missouri, Audrain County hunters took 2,236 deer, Boone harvested 3,647, Callaway County was among the top in the state with 5,545 deer and Randolph county produced 2,732 deer.
The next season is set to open on Novemeber 2, 2019 with early youth season.
