Columbia Landmark Bank Robbery Suspect Identified

The identity of the person suspected in the robbery of the Landmark Bank in Columbia yesterday (Wednesday) morning is now being released.

Police arrested 39 year old Novah Lenane Shelton for Felony Stealing.

Shelton was arrested immediately following the incident yesterday (Wednesday) morning at 11 in the area of the bank at 3100 Paris Road.

Police say Shelton was stopped leaving the building wearing a hoodie over head, sunglasses and acting suspiciously.

She was taken to the Boone County Jail with a bond yet to be set.
