Public Meeting on Proposed New High School for Blair Oaks District

A public meeting is scheduled for tonight (Thursday) in Wardsville for a discussion about a possible new high school for the Blair Oaks District.

Enrollment numbers over the past eighteen years have continued to grow.

According to the district it has fourteen million dollars to build a new high school however construction costs are an estimated seventeen million

This would mean a proposed tax increase on an upcoming ballot.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 tonight (Thursday) at the Blair Oaks Elementary School to get public input.
