Columbia Police Investigate Domestic Disturbance Involving Shots Being Fired

Columbia Police are continuing to investigate a domestic disturbance where shots were fired over the weekend.

Police say it happened Saturday afternoon around 2 on Forest Avenue near Grand Avenue.

Officers report finding several shell casings and found that a man fired rounds from a handgun into a vehicle where a woman was sitting.

She was not injured.

Police are still searching for the man.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers.
