Barnes To File Ethics Complaint

The chairman of a Missouri House Special Investigative Committee who investigated alleged crimes against former governor Eric Greitens announced today [Monday] he would file complaints with the Missouri Ethics Commission against Greitens For Missouri and A New Missouri.

In a letter to fellow members of the committee, Jay Barnes called A New Missouri a criminal enterprise from its inception that was “designed to illegally skirt donation limits and conceal identities of major donors to Eric Greitens and ballot initiatives relating to Right To Work that were supported by the former governor.”

Barnes said the complaint will be filed next week.
