A judge is announcing today (Thursday) that he will not dismiss the criminal invasion of privacy case against Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.
Attorneys for the governor had asked Judge Rex Burlison to dismiss the case due to the handling of the case by Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner.
The judge has sanctioned prosecutors because they did not turn over evidence quick enough, and said the state has clearly committed violations of the rules of criminal procedures.
A trial date has been set for May 14th.
