A fire in the wall of a residence in the 23000 Block of Audrain Road 812 in Mexico yesterday (Monday) is being reported.

Members of the Little Dixie Fire Protection District responded to the fire just after 2:30, and found a fire in a wall and quickly extinguished it.

Investigators say it started at a receptacle in the wall which had a cordless driver plugged in and operating.

No injuries reported.
