The number of reported flu cases in Audrain County is starting to decrease.

Brandi Meyer LPN with the Audrain County Health Department says its hard to say whether or not the flu has hit it’s peak however the warmer weather could be a factor in the decrease.

299 cases reported in January, 215 in February, so far this month (March) only 15 cases repored.

Meyer says it is still suggested to get the flu vaccination.
