A Fulton man is sentenced to multiple years in prison after pleading guilty to drug charges in a Callaway County Court.
According to court documents 27 year old Charles Pearl pled guilty to 2 counts of distribution of a controlled substance.
Pearl admitted to striking a patrol car in October of 2015 and fleeing when officers tried to arrest him.
He also admitted to possessing cocaine in his home.
The judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison on the drug charge, and seven years for assault chare, plus 4 years for resisting arrest and property damage.
All of the sentences were ordered to be served concurrently.
