A man is in the Howard County Jail after an arrest by police for possession of a military grade rocket launcher.
According to reports the Howard County Sheriff’s Office 35 year old Christopher Lee Owens was arrested after a search warrant was served in the 1400 block of County Road 433 in Rocheport on Wednesday night.
Officers say they seized meth, and found a military grade rocket launcher which was reported stolen from a Harriburg house about a month ago.
Owen is being held on a fifty thousand dollar bond.
